Privacy policy

The legacy WordPress site never published a privacy policy — this one is written fresh, describing what this site actually does.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you provide one, your email address. This is used only to fulfil and communicate about your order, and to look you up if you use "Track your order" later.

We do not require an account to shop with us, and we do not store payment card details — we don't take card payments online at all; orders are paid by Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of essential cookies to remember your cart and keep you signed in to the admin area if you're staff. We don't currently run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Sharing your information

We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than what's needed to deliver your order (for example, a delivery courier).
