Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Unik Creations.

If an item has a manufacturing defect please let us know within one week of delivery. You can bring it to any of our stores or post it back to us.

Once we have checked the item you may choose another item of the same value, or we can give you a full cash refund.

Items that have been used, damaged after purchase or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you change your mind about a purchase we are not able to offer a refund.
